In today's news we report that an NI school has been forced to close for a period of time following a number of cases of coronavirus. From today pupils with be taught remotely "for a temporary period". With a potential vaccine for coronavirus likely to be rolled out soon Gemma Murray writes that Northern Ireland is almost 200,000 doses short of the flu vaccine and at this stage cannot complete its vaccination programme. Dr Alan Stout, chair of NI's GP committee (NIGPC) said he was "deeply concerned and frustrated about the shortfall". Adam Kula also writes about an NI based Twitter user's  "Kafaka-esque" interactions with Amazon's customer service personnel online.
