The weather has been pleasant today but is set to be stunning much of this week all over Northern Ireland, particularly Tuesday and Wednesday.

 

This is a time of year when you can think about turning the heat off for a few months but I explain here why I think it is a relatively good time to buy home heating oil just now - albeit only in relation to the horrifically expensive last three months, it is still very costly.
