Boris Johnson has offered hope to millions of people in England as he outlined a roadmap to the easing of coronavirus restrictions in the House of Commons on Monday.
The prime minister confirmed that all schools in England will open on Monday, March 8, a move that is in sharp contrast to the ongoing situation in Northern Ireland where only primary school children in P1-P3 will return on the same date.
There is currently no confirmed date for the return of all schools here, with it likely to be well into April at least before this happens.
