Full competition terms and conditions here From the Editor: Dear reader The Health Minister Robin Swann has sounded a note of caution ahead of the big reopening of Northern Ireland's hospitality industry on Friday. Speaking in the Assembly about the recent meeting of the British Irish Council, Mr Swann admitted that he was concerned about the potential risks associated with residents from the Republic travelling north. Reiterating that the Republic of Ireland's travel restrictions currently stop people from travelling across the border, Mr Swann said he was concerned about the threat posed by the difference in how vaccines have been administered between Northern Ireland and the Republic. The minister also urged the hospitality industry in Northern Ireland not to encourage people from south of the border to travel north.
