It has rained for much of the last 24 hours over Northern Ireland and is set to do so more  Perhaps it helped trigger this landslide on the Antrim coast road

Tonight the clocks go back. Yet anyone thinking of stocking up on heating oil for winter might be surprised that prices have dipped despite the war

Protests in NI are more likely to be pro Palestinian than Israel and in this case resulted in a business dropping Israeli products. The Irish writer Ruth Dudley Edwards is scathing here about President Higgins' anti Israel stance

The US business delegation was in town but here I write about why unionists are hardly in a mood to listen to any American pressure about politics. But this letter writer has challenged my column last week, saying that Ireland in fact helped the allies significantly in World War II

Prof John Wilson Foster says of  Ireland's 'belt and road' spending in Northern Ireland, there is one key litmus test: is it a way of advancing a united Ireland?  Owen Polley says unionists must remember the Irish Sea border is not just about identity but our place in the UK

Baroness Hoey's sister was caught in lockdown after the Maine mass shooting. As someone born in that state, I have been dismayed at the news

And the Northern Ireland women put up a fight last night against a country with a population five times the size of NI
