| These are the darkest days of the year, yet there was fine sunshine in Belfast on Tuesday and Thursday. Last month it rained every day in NI, in the third wettest autumn ever. Tuesday was also the day that the Palestinian flag flew over the city. Unionists still think that they will win a related ongoing court case over how such controversial decisions are made. To get to the north America tournament this summer, we have to beat Italy - and we did beat the 1982 world cup hosts Spain. Michael O'Neill says they will give it their all.
