Good morning

It is Easter. And a late one too, so that this holiday comes close to the Mayday bank holiday.

It is the first Easter without restrictions since 2019, so people plan to enjoy it.

It is also the first Easter under the new relaxed licensing laws

For those more interested in the religious association, a number of Easter dawn services took place
It is also an Easter in which the election is ongoing. This is our first of three interviews with the unionist party leaders

And this is our first constituency profile (we will run one every day now until the polls open on May 5)

A popular story this week was this report about a planned ferry service. As someone who since the 1970s has walked, cycled, taken the bus, train, driven and been driven between Bangor and Belfast but never taken a boat, I do hope it comes to fruition

In sport, a rider was injured at the beginning of this race as competitors left the grid.

As ever this is so much more.

The striking thing about Jim Wells's endorsement of a TUV candidate over a DUP one is that nothing like this has happened to date.
