The Director of Public Prosecutions BARRA McGRORY, who steps down in the autumn, talks to Ben Lowry. In the first of part of the interview, below, he says the PPS is not biased, admits the state is at a disadvantage in past investigations but says many security force killings were not properly investigated, and defends his attendance at Martin McGuinness’s funeral:
